Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation have endorsed Lee Fairclough for Etobicoke—Lakeshore
The Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation (OSSTF) has endorsed Lee Fairclough as their chosen candidate in Etobicoke—Lakeshore. Lee is very grateful for this endorsement and their faith in her as a candidate and hopeful MPP. In Lee’s own words:
“I am deeply grateful to receive the endorsement of the OSSTF. As a parent of a teen in high school, I see firsthand every day the impactful and important work teachers do for our kids. They should be supported and celebrated.”

Advance Poll Dates and Voting Options
Election Day is February 27, but you can vote today at your local election office. You can also arrange to vote by mail, vote by home visit and many other options.
You can confirm your voter information on the Voter Register before February 17th. Voter information cards will be in the mail between February 17 and 22.
Advance Voting will be held from February 20 to 22, from 10 am to 8 pm.
In Etobicoke—Lakeshore, advance polling will be at the following locations:
Trident Banquet Hall, 145 Evans Avenue
Fairfield Seniors Centre, 80 Lothian Avenue
Mimico Centennial Public Library, 47 Station Road
The Assembly Hall, 1 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive

In 2024, Daily Bread food banks served over 3.75 million client visits — the highest number in our history and a 26% increase compared to the year prior.
The cost of living is just too steep. Even with higher education and household employment, people are struggling to afford basic necessities. This clearly highlights the severity of systemic issues such as the lack of affordable housing, inadequate social assistance rates, and precarious work.
As Ontario heads to the polls, Daily Bread Food Bank and LAMP Community Health Centre are co-hosting an Etobicoke-Lakeshore candidates debate along with other partners.
The upcoming debate is a valuable opportunity for residents to hear directly from candidates about how they plan to address core challenges affecting Ontarians.

Call For Sign Crews!
Our crews have been out across Etobicoke—Lakeshore valiantly installing signs since Day 1. Unfortunately, since we are having an election in February (Thanks, Doug Ford!) the signs are taking much longer than usual to get in to the ground securely. Installation is usually requiring some sort of power tool and a lot of muscle.

Canvass Update!
We have less than 4 weeks left until Election Day in Ontario. A short snap election campaign means we have a LOT of doors to knock in the next few weeks. Knocking doors is THE most effective way to get votes for Lee on February 27.
Will you help? We have canvassers going out at several different times of the day and every day of the week. We also have plans to canvass inside buildings if the weather isn’t cooperative. And if you’ve never canvassed before, don’t worry - we will train you and we go in teams, so you’re not alone.

Did you know you can vote today, and any day up to E-Day? That’s right.
If you’re eligible to vote in Etobicoke—Lakeshore, you can go to the Elections Ontario Office at 145 Evans Ave in Etobicoke during the opening hours, show your ID and ask to vote by special ballot.
You are able to cast your ballot this way from now until the day before Election Day.
Please note that you may have to write your preferred candidate’s name in - for example, LEE FAIRCLOUGH - ONTARIO LIBERAL PARTY.
